We are looking forward to reopening next week and are seeking a qualified, professional line cook/chef with experience in dining room, pub and room service operations. This will be primarily afternoon through evening shifts (occasional daytime) and the individual will share responsibility for food preparation in a 100-seat restaurant, a 100-seat pub and room service for a 17 room inn. The right individual will have several years’ experience on the line, be able to work in a fast-paced environment (individually and as a team) and will have a focus on quality food production and presentation, food and labor cost management and the energy and creativity to ensure great customer service and satisfaction.
