Ability to apply finishing product to cabinetry parts and accessories that match the Adora approved sample.
-Receive and review work orders daily from Production Supervisor
-Organize work orders as required by the daily plans
-Ensure work orders are completed as required by the plans in accordance with the Daily Production Schedule
-Ensure every job is reviewed for quality control prior to leaving the finishing area.
-Ensure all production work orders are accurate and the quality of parts for the completion of jobs are reviewed prior to starting the job
-Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and meet or exceed completion timelines
-Communicate any ordering of products in a timely manner to your supervisor
-Ensure all storage of materials is done daily and all safety guidelines are followed for storage of materials
-Responsible for proper use and maintenance of all spraying equipment, the air makeup system, maintenance of spray booths, along with the recording of maintenance completed in maintenance books provided
-Responsible for Housekeeping and Cleanliness for finishing area, to be cleaned and swept daily
-Follow company safety policies and attend all company safety meetings
-Communicate and provide updates daily to Production Supervisor regarding work performed
-Continuing training as required by Adora Production Supervisor
-Overtime as required and approved by Production Supervisor
-Any other duties as requested by Production Supervisor/Manager
-Knowledge of wood species and materials
-Ability to read work orders
-Ability to recognize and distinguish colors and shades
-Knowledge of spray equipment
-Knowledge of finishing techniques and products
