Position Title: Stockroom Clerk

Position Type: Regular – Full-Time

Summary: This role is responsible for managing incoming materials, supplies, and equipment in the Stockroom. They will ensure proper storage, and updating computerized inventory records which includes tracking materials removed for Maintenance, Production, or Office use, and overseeing the company tool loan-out program. Other responsibilities also include picking up parts with a service truck, operating forklifts, maintaining documentation and good housekeeping.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
Receives incoming materials, supplies and equipment into the Stockroom and ensure that it is properly stored.

Enters the incoming materials into the computerized inventory.

Relieves the computer inventory of quantities of materials removed from the Stockroom for Maintenance, Production, or Office use.

Responsible for the Company tool loan out program ensuring that company tools are signed out and are returned.

Pick up parts with Service Truck as required in a timely manner.

Willing drive Forklifts and Raymond Reach Trucks as required.

Maintains all required documentation example filing.

Maintains good housekeeping in the area.

Other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Good Computer Skills.

Experience with SAP is preferred.

High School Graduate.

Successful completion of 90-day training period.

Physically capable of performing job duties.

Mathematical ability to perform basic calculations.

Have completed or be willing to complete Forklift and Transportation of Dangerous Goods training course.

Must have valid Driver’s License with clean driver abstract.

Able to work with minimal supervision.

Must have safe work habits.

Parts experience is an asset.

Physical Requirements

Physically capable of performing all required duties.

Able to work in a high humidity, high temperature work environment.
