Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our team. This is a year round position NOT seasonal. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals that delight our guests and maintain the standards of our restaurant. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and presentation.
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders during peak service times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that meet customer expectations.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
