KCL Cattle Company is looking for a full-time Feed Truck Driver to join our feedlot operation. This is a straightforward, hands-on role which primarily includes driving a large automatic truck and delivering feed to cattle every day.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive feed truck daily to deliver rations to pens, following a consistent schedule and order

· Load and mix feed according to provided instructions

· Ensure accurate and even distribution of feed along bunks

· Keep feed truck clean and perform pre-trip checks and regular weekly maintenance

· Work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision

· Communicate any issues with equipment, feed, or cattle to the Feedlot Manager

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

· Is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

· Can follow instructions and learn on the job

· Has great spatial awareness and ideally has driven something larger than a car or pickup truck

· Doesn’t mind occasionally working in dusty or muddy conditions

· Is comfortable working independently and staying on schedule

· Experience in agriculture or on a feedlot is an asset but not required—we’re willing to train the right person who brings a good attitude and work ethic.

  • Coaldale, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Commercial driving: 1 year (preferred)
