Administrative Assistant
$42 – 45K annually based on experience

Providing Support to a Mortgage Associate

Dominion Lending Centres is the nation’s leading mortgage company, our Lethbridge location is made up of a team of professionals dedicated to our clients and our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Collection: Follow up with Clients to gather necessary documents, such as income statements, bank statements, asset information, and employment records.
  • Data Entry and Verification: Input client data accurately into the loan processing software and verify the information for completeness and accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients to answer questions and assist with paperwork, ensuring a smooth and timely process for the client.
  • File Management: Organize and maintain files ensuring all supporting documentation is properly validated and stored according to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Detail Orientated and Organized
  • Proficiency and Accuracy in Documentation Collection and Data Entry
  • Professional, Friendly and Clear with Client Communication
  • Prioritizing tasks and Time management in a Busy Work Environment
  • Strong Computer and Keyboarding Skills including with knowledge of Google Docs and ability to learn Industry Specific Software

We Offer:

  • 40 Hour Work Week; Monday – Friday: 8am – 4pm
  • $42 – 45K annually based on experience
