Summary

We are seeking a pre finisher to join our team in [Coaldale]. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our cabinetry products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, contributing to our mission of enhancing homes with beautiful and functional designs.
Responsibilities

• Execute cabinet finishing tasks including sanding, and staining.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate finishing specifications.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the finishing process.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the finishing phase.
• Uphold safety protocols while working on-site.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience in cabinet finishing or a related field.
• Strong skills in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and woodworking techniques.
• Knowledge of various finishing techniques including painting, staining, and sealing.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
