Tire Technician Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Tire Technician. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of tires including OTR and farm tires. The position requires someone who possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail and can provide customer service.

Duties

• Install, balance, and repair tires on all types of vehicles and equipment
• Inspections of tires to assess wear and damage.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Handle heavy lifting of tires and equipment as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications

• Class 5 drivers license
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to tire maintenance and repair.
• Extensive experience on a service truck.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
