Position Summary

As a Farm Laborer, you’ll be part of a hands-on team helping and working closely with supervisors and other team members in the field, to ensuring the successful fertilization of crops and a strong harvest with attention to detail and safety

Main Duties

• Observe flowering patterns and report crop conditions
• Assist with irrigation, pest control, and crop care
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• •Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Hard-working, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather
• Team player with good communication and attitude
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Valid driver’s license or experience in farm works an asset
• Experience with bees, crops, or agriculture preferred, but training provided
