Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sprayer to join our team at Adora Kitchens Ltd. in Canada. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality finishes on our cabinetry products, contributing to our mission of enhancing homes with beautiful and functional designs.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
  • Operate spray equipment to apply finishes to cabinetry and other products.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Maintain spray equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management of paint supplies and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding project status and any issues.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction painting or industrial painting.
  • Strong knowledge of spray equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
